Salt Lake No. 1

This unique mid-century modern home, originally run-down and with a yard full of overgrown plants, was purchased with the intent to return it to its former glory. For this project we visualized not only the new yard, but also what the home would look like with its new colors, additional windows and other details the homeowner had planned.

We designed the yard with the aim of respecting the historical significance of this distinctive home, attempting to emulate its bold shapes and adding a unique gathering space in the front yard, as was common with homes of this style and era.
